**Please note our cuisine is authentic thus calling for our Arroz Con Gandules (yellow rice) & our beans to be cooked with pork (ham). You can however substitute your rice option for white.**
**Most of our menu items are Gluten Free (GF) however we do use shared equipment. Should your allergy be severe we ask that you give the restaurant a call 30 minutes prior to your arrival to give us ample time to set up a stove top fryer with dedicated utensils to reduced any cross contamination.**
